Many users have reported that after updating TomTom Western Europe to iPhone 4, it has completely stopped working. Users have further reported that certain methods to resolve the issue do not work like the method where you reset your iPhone and uninstall/reinstall the TomTom application. One possible solution has recently been suggested by another user:
- Navigate to IPhone settings > general > international
- Change the region format to your region (e.g. English to United Kingdom).
