Several users have reported an issue that the Safari app on iPhone keeps resetting preferences to “Never Accept Cookies” by itself after restarting the iPhone .
Possible fixes:
- Make sure there are no restrictions on cookie permissions, if you are a part of an Exhange account.
- It has been reported that turning off iCloud Bookmarks may fix this issue. To do this; Tap Settings > iCloud and then tap the Bookmarks slider off.

So far the fix is working. Turing off bookmarks seems to have done it. It’s been one day now!
