Several users have reported issues in which they receive an error message when they try re-download magazine / newspaper that are already purchased. The error message is “Unable to retrieve issue info (4032)”. Here is how to fix this error message:
1. Delete the magazine app that you are having problem with from your iPad (Hold your finger on the icon for the application until the icons begin to shake or wiggle, then Click the “X” in the upper left hand corner of the icon).
2. Then re-download the magazine app to your iPad.
Try to download your magazines / newspapers again.
