Q&A: There is no FaceTime app on my device

If you are unable to find FaceTime on your device (iPad, iPod or iPhone) and think FaceTime is missing, try the following tips:

• FaceTime is not available in all countries. If you bought your iOS device in certain countries (e.g. Saudi Arabia), you will not have FaceTime.
• It may be possible that you may have restricted FaceTime on your device. Tap Settings > General > Restriction and make sure that the camera and FaceTime settings are both “on.” (How to Setup Parental Controls on an iPad)
