Several users have reported that the iTunes Store app on their iPhone or iPad will not launch after upgrading to iOS 7. If you can’t launch the iTunes Store app (iTunes Store not working or just crashes after trying to open it), here is how you can fix:
Quit the iTunes Store app and try again
- Double press the home button to launch the multitasking interface
- Touch and hold the iTunes Store app and then toss it up and away.
- Then tap the iTunes Store icon to launch the iTunes Store app.
Reset All Settings
- Simply tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
