Apple Campus 2: Aerial photos (update)

A month ago, we published several aerial pictures of the Apple Campus 2 construction site. Those pictures showed demolition nearly complete for the future site of Apple’s Campus 2 ‘spaceship’, with only a few buildings remaining (see the pictures).

Now, it has been more than one month since we took those photos. We thought that it is time for more pictures to see the progress.

As you can see from the pictures below, the demolition part of the work seems to be complete. There are no buildings left standing. There is a lot of work being done by heavy construction machines throughout the field.

Looks like there are two buildings still standing along the east intersection of Pruneridge, as well as the building in the far south-east corner on the other side of the creek. Also, Pruneridge itself still needs to be demolished and removed, along with all of the trees lining the street. Still much to do! Exciting nonetheless. Thanks for the photos!

I THINK the building on the main piece of land has been temporarily appropriated by the construction company for use as office space—then it will get torn down last minute.
