Draw Something apps not working :(

Hi guys …I can’t get my Draw Something apps to work ..I have both the paid and free apps. I have deleted and reinstalled them and I have turned my iphone on and off to reset etc etc to no avail. The apps get stuck on ‘getting ready’ … I think this has happened since last iOS update…but even before the apps stopped working altogether I had lost all my colours and bombs…and now I have missed out on all the December giveaways ((( please advise….B
