Strange Internet Connection

A few days ago, my internet for my iPod Touch 4th Gen iOS 6.1 started acting weird. It would show I was connected to my WiFi, but it would not go through. I have to go through the settings, turn my wifi on and off to get it to work again, but its temporary. Here is a list of the things I did:

Rebooted the whole device
Deleted my cookies
Made my system forget my network then went back on
Reset my Network Settings

I don’t know what to do. I know it’s not my iPod, because if I were to go on any other network it doesn’t do this. If it’s my WiFi, what should I do?
