Apple has just launched two new iPhones: the new iPhone 5C, which comes in blue, green, pink, yellow and white and the iPhone 5S, Apple’s new flagship iPhone. Two-year contract pricing for the iPhone 5c will start at $99 for a 16GB model. As for the iPhone 5S, it will start at a contract price of $199. The iPhone 5S has several upgrades from its previous model, a faster processor, a new M7 motion coprocessor chip, a greatly improved camera, and the Touch ID fingerprint sensor.
According to the Apple website, it appears that users no longer have the option to purchase an 16 GB iPhone 4S. Although Apple fans can now get the iPhone 4S for free (with a two year contract), it will only come with 8GB of storage. It also seems that Apple discontinued its 16 GB iPhone 4S in favor of the iPhone 5C to put some distance between the iPhone 4S and the iPhone 5C which comes with 16GB of storage and better specs.
