Customize the Spark scheduling options on iPhone and iPad
The scheduling options you adjust on iOS will be displayed when you take an action on a message.
To access the scheduling settings, open Spark and tap the button on the top left to open the menu. On the bottom, tap Settings and then select Scheduling.
Change the snooze settings on iOS
Tap Snoozes and then mark the circles with a check for the days you want snoozes available and then select the times to the right of each day.
Snoozing allows you to postpone emails and temporarily remove them from your inbox until you need them.
If you move the slider to enable Default Alert, you will receive a convenient notification about your snoozed emails.
When you finish, tap the arrow on the top left to go back and continue with changing Reminders. But if you’re done making changes, tap the arrow to go back again and then tap Done to exit the settings.
Tip on snoozing emails: When you tap to snooze an email, you will see an option at the bottom of the list to Customize a day and time for that particular email.
Change the reminder settings on iOS
If you would like to change the reminder settings, tap Reminders on the Scheduling screen. Just like with snoozes, you simply mark the circles for the days and then choose the times for each.
The Reminders also offers the Default Alert setting. You can enable this if you would like Spark to notify you to follow up on the email.
Again, tap the arrow at the top left to go back to the Scheduling options if you would like to change your Send Later settings. Or keep going back and tap Done to exit Settings.
Change the send later settings on iOS
Tap Send Later on the Scheduling screen and then, you guessed it, select the days and add times for those days.
You can also mark the circle at the bottom for Pick date. This comes in handy if you want a very specific date and time to send a certain email.

Change the reminder settings on Mac
Under Snoozes on the left, pick Reminders. These cool reminders will notify you if you haven’t gotten a response to an email for the time you select.
