Beth, on your iPad Tap on Settings > Safari > then scroll down and locate “clear history and website data”. Tap on it and confirm on the next screen to clear history and data. once you have done that, on your Settings > Safari screen, scroll down to the very bottom and locate “Advanced”. Tap on it, followed by “Website Data”. Scroll down to the bottom and tap on “Remove all Website Data”.
Press the home button and the wake/sleep button at the top, together for about 15 seconds till you see the Apple logo pop up. Release the buttons and let your iPad start.
