I have an iPad 2 that worked without any issue until I installed an Apple Update. Not sure the exact update version but the iPad was absolutely worthless after that update. I attempted to restore it using the Apple support guidelines. No progress or success. I followed the support instructions and attempted to reboot. To no avail. Is this an issue that the Apple Store folks can address and if so is there any cost involved? The iPad wasn’t two years old. Expected more from an Apple Product. I also had an iPhone 4 that failed the same way. An update then nothing. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
