I’m a student at UMass Boston and I work just shy of full time not to mention I’m close to 60. I went for assistance at the collage because I’m falling behind on my reading and I was informed this department could help. so I went with my iPad in hand and they turned on my reader program. This started my issue because when I went to turn it off , it was driving me nuts as it was not needed yet. I tried to turn it off and the switch slid back on every time I attempted to turn it off. This happened about 4 times and then just as I was giving up to close down my screen went black. I can now get color to come back but I can’t get the slide to work because it’s stuck in the double tap mode of the voice however the double tap isn’t working to get the slider to move so I can enter my pass code to move on so I can once again attempt to shut off the reader program.
HELP! I have to write a 8 – 12 page paper and take a test as well so I need my tablet. If there is anyone who can assist me I’d be forever grateful.
