Okay. so my ipad is being fussy and is making me do an activation. I put in my apple ID and password and it says it my apple ID has been disabled for security reasons. so i go into the website to try and undisable my apple ID. but when i put in the same information it says that theres no apple ID with my email?????? which is so confusing because when I put in the information at the start up and on the activation it tells me that my apple ID is disabled and i need to do something about it. the same info and everything YET IT CONTINUES TO TELL ME TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. ( I have an ID with this email but its disabled/ there is no existing apple ID linked with my email.) I NEED HELP. THIS IS SO IRRITATING AND I NEED THIS IPAD TO BE FUNCTIONAL.

Since you are caught in some strange feedback loop, you need to call Apple Support directly and speak with a support team member in-person. They’ll need to verify your identity via security questions and so forth.
