We have a 3rd generation Apple TV.
We have new WiFi connections at our house.
We need to update our Apple TV.
I can get the Apple TV to start and it goes directly to the screen that tells us that our connection needs to be updated or corrected.
Obviously, we need to get to the Menu and settings to update the connection info.
The remote won’t take us there.
New battery, and now a NEW remote.
The lights on the Apple respond when I unpair and re-pair the remote, but I can’t get the “cursor” to the place we need it to go to.
I have looked everywhere for ideas of what to do next. Can’t find anything outside of pairing and unpairing.
