5 days, a visit to the Apple Store and 2 phone calls (3 different support staff) and still cant get a new passcode so cant use the phone!!
Website user dialogue is broken and always sends a code to the phone even when you say not available. Absolute novice stuff.

No Hint of an actual resolution, No phone for a month, Excellent service. This request was done at the Apple Store with staff assistance.
