I just wanted to see has anyone been able to use an At&t (unlocked) Iphone 5s on Verizon? I have looked over countless online forums and tried everything, but i just can’t get the phone to work on Verizon. The phone is a gift for my son. He is 12, so I figured the 5s would be a better fit for him. My son and I both have cell phones currently on Verizon. I purchased the phone from a co-worker who had service with At&t. I tried switching SIMS (an Iphone Verizon) but the phone will display searching…. then it will connect to verizon for a few minutes then go back to NO SIM found? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

All iPhones from iPhone 6 onwards are cross-carrier. The iPhone 5s will connect to the Verizon LTE network but making calls with it is the problem since there is no CDMA support. Only the Verizon and Sprint iPhone 5S models feature both CDMA and GSM support.
However, before you throw in the towel, your best option is to go to an official Verizon Store and see if they can set it up for you.
