I updated to iOS 11 a couple weeks ago and ever since I cannot make phone calls, when I hit the green Icon with the phone it is just a blank white screen. I have contacted Apple Support 4x and have gone to Apple Store and they have tried to wipe out phone and start as a brand new phone (this didnt work) and they have gone as far as giving me a new phone and its still had not helped the problem. Does anyone else have this problem? I have a $700 phone that cannot make phone calls.

I have a iPhone 6 and have the exact same problem. Restored to factory reset it worked until I started loading data back to it (not restoring saved backups). Can’t figure this out. Is it possibly the replacement screen that is a non-apple screen? No other apps have this problem.

Resetting all the settings fixed it for me: Settings->General->Reset (at the bottom)->Reset All Settings. Not that many settings get reset actually, just like passwords mostly. But do it at your own risk.
Also I was having issues with the “large text” accessibility option. After I did the above, it started working, then stopped again, then I turned the large text off and it’s fine now.
