I have an iPad 3 with iOS 9.3.5 (the last version of iOS the iPad 3 supports).

When I go into the iTunes Store and select Purchased, I select My Purchases and then select the name of my family member and go to their movie purchases. I can see the purchased movies. Each purchase has an right facing arrow to the right of it, inviting you to select, which I do. It highlights the movie with a grey colour… and nothing happens.

If I go to the same movie in the iTunes Store the only options that show are to buy or rent afresh.

      Baffled and completely stuck.

      Experiencing the exact same problem.

When accessing family sharing, I see the icon (with the cloud and downward arrow). Usually, the download will initiate when I click it, but now it doesn’t. I have waited for 2 IOS patches to fix it, but the problem still persists even with the latest update.
