Kathy, you can create an alias and leave the original contact info in place. try this. Tap on a contact and choose Edit on the far right top.
Scroll down all the way to the bottom and tap on “add field”.
Scroll down from the list and choose Nickname.
Once you have done this, scroll up and enter “The johnson Family” into the Nick name field and save the contact. I tried it and then synced my contacts with iCloud. When I log into iCloud.com and click on contacts, open the contact i edited, I see the Johnson family listed as the nick name. You can then import all of these into your Group in iCloud.com and export it as card or however you do your usual list creation for the vendor.

    Good Luck.

Hi, I have created a CHristmas list for my contacts so that I can export to a Card company, but how do I edit the Christmas list i.e. “Barb Johnson” to “The Johnson Family” without changing her name on the All Contact list? Or if I want to specify which address it should go to if they have more than one address? Everytime I try, it actually changes their entire contact. Thanks!
