Emails are not being consistently received from our service provider (Bell). They erratically go to either our iMac or our iPad or our iPhones. And some that come to the iPhones, when opened, say “This message has not been downloaded from the server”. Bell says it’s not their problem but a ‘device’ one. Does this have anything to do with the age or incompatibility of our four Mac devices?
