Hi, first of all, I offer all of you an apology if this question has been asked and answered before in this forum and it’s somewhere there, I did not find it. My issue is that I have an ipad air and also an iphone 6 plus, and there are some contacts that I have in both devices (since they are sinced) that I can only use facetime with on the ipad, but not on the iphone. When I open facetime on the iphone and search the contact there is only an option to call them via the phone itself, but no camera icon to use facetime, on the other hand, I can make facetime calls, even viedeo calls, to the same contact using my ipad.
I’d really appreciate it if someone tells me what I’m doing wrong and how I can make phone calls using facetime to my contacts on both devises.
