When I tap on a book in IBooks, it won’t open. It just freezes.

When trying to access the books app I get a loading wheel spinning and it say loading , but nothing happens, I have waited but still nothing.

I have the same problem. It just stays on loading but nothing happens. I also can’t access eBay and I tried to download kindle app and it didn’t work either. Any ideas on fixing it?
