Every time I try to update my iPad Air to 9.3, it fails to verify because “not connected to Internet” even though it is connected at full wifi strength

I am experiencing the exact same thing when I have tried to install on my iPad Air also.

Having the same issues with my Iphone 5S – every time I try to update it tells me I’m not connected to the internet and every thing about my phone tells me I am.

My ios 9.3 was mostly loaded and now screen is locked with itunes icon. I don’t know what to do

Same here both I pad 4 and I phones won’t open google links or some websites yet others work fine

I got the ipad on but it asks for language, and then when it tries to start up it comes back with the server is temporarily unavailable. This has been for 3 days now.

Same problem. Tried to do the update 1/2 dozen times and it tells me that Internet is not connected. iPhone 4. I know it’s old. But who can afford a new phone for $650!

I have the same problem and am searching for a solution. Apple has a process for getting round this which involves connecting your iPad to a computer, but I don’t have a computer to connect to. It’s very frustrating. However, having read various comments about the quality and issues with ios9.3 perhaps it is better to wait until a new release where they have fixed this along with the other problems anyway.
