I have tried all the steps and cannot activate my Ipad after updating IOS9.3 software – Please advise urgently how to fix this

After the update, my connection is so bad unless I’m under wifi. I can’t text, i can’t use my apps… SIRI can’t even connect. I’m so frustrated… i just got the iphone 6s in December…

Since 9.3 update, Safari essentially useless. Unable to connect links on most websites. Apple- how long to get this fixed??

After update to iOS 9.3, I have many problems. Wifi is very slow, maxthon browser doesn’t work, safari is slow and links doesn’t work. Restart of the iPad doesn’t resolve any problem. iOS versiune is 9.3 13E237.

I’ve got the same problem as most people Since 9.3 update, Safari essentially useless. Unable to connect links on most websites. Apple- how long to get this fixed??

C’mon, Apple! Let’s get it together & get this fiasco of an update fixed. Cannot access almost anything on Safari, including logging on to my bank. Absolutely pathetic! Get it together or you’re going to lose customers

When I downloaded the new iOS on my older iPad, it required a passcode to open. I have never had a password on this one, but there one is on my iPad Air and they are linked. I am now locked out for 15 minute increments. I have restarted, no luck. Can you help?

Have an iPad Air, newest update 9.3.1, there’s 2 apps that won’t update. Apple store show 2 updates required, when I open the Apple store for the apps the “update” button on each app is grayed out like it doesn’t need updated. I did a system reboot and new updates, still the same annoying issue. Usually when updates are needed you’ll see an “update all” on the top right hand corner, that’s not there either. If you want a photo let me know, picture is worth a thousand words.
Looking for a fix to this annoying problem.

My iPad is Up-dated to the latest 9.3.1 but I still can’t access my notes; this first started a couple of updates ago and I had hoped an update would have addressed such issues…. WRONG !!! This is completely infuriating as I use ‘Notes’ for business purposes; surely Apple needs to address this and countless other issues BEFORE people (customers) vote with their feet!!!
ANY help would be gratefully received. Thank you in advance
