Since updating to iOS 10 a few weeks ago, my IPad Air has become almost useless. Where I used to be good for 5-6 hours of browsing, the battery now runs down completely in less than 2.
I have done all of the techie tweaks I can find regarding turning off auto refresh, turning off widgets, lowering screen brightness, etc. etc. I have reset my iPad settings multiple times and did a complete reset once. Things are better for a day or two and then the drain starts all over again. This is well past any time needed for indexing photos, etc. per the upgrade.
THis device was just fine before this “upgrade” and I am furious. Is there any hope or do I throw it in the recycle and go buy a Windows tablet?
