Our IPAD version 9.3.5 (13G36) model FC706LL/A freezes when streaming video. We refresh and it works for a short while, then freezes again. It has 27.1 GB of capacity with 1.9 available. I am hoping you can help us.

Sorry to hear about your problems streaming video on your iPad. If possible, try and clear out some additional storage space on your iPad–it’s good practice to have at least 10% of total storage free and available. So for a 32 GB iPad, that means at least 3.2 GB of open and free space.
Another possible culprit could be your internet connection. If you have more than one available, try each WiFi network and see if one network performs better.
Another thing that might help is closing apps that you aren’t using. To close an app on an iPad, double press the Home button and then swipe up off the top of the screen the app previews. That action closes apps. Close app open apps, then restart your iPad and launch your video streaming app.
Lastly, it might be a setting that’s getting in the way. So resetting your settings back to default might also help. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Make sure you know your WiFi passwords before doing this as it removes these. It also sets things like any wallpapers, accessibility settings, and other personalized features back to defaults. It does not remove any data however–so your pictures, documents, videos, messages, and so forth remain.

delete some app from your mobile so that to get free space and make sure the internet connection must be good press the home button two times and after that reopen it to launch video…after that go to the setting then general and after that reset and reset all…
