When I use my iPad Mini, naturally, I plug it in when the battery gets low. However, if I leave it plugged in for any length of time after it reaches 100% charged, it will turn off and act as thought it has no charge. If I hold down the power button, the empty battery flashes as though I need to plug it in, If I sit and keep trying to turn it on for a half hour or more, it will finally turn on, with 100% charge. What causes this, and how can I go about fixing this? One apple store told me they had never heard of such an issue and had no idea what to do. Another apple store said it was a software issue. Both quoted very expensive prices to fix. Please help!
