“Settings” indicates that the wifi is on and working, but when I try and access the internet using several different applications all I get are some form of “server not responding” messages.
Please Reset your Network Settings by Tapping on Settings >General > Reset > Reset All Network Settings. Power down the iPad and restart. That should fix the problem. – AppleToolBox
My Ipad is currently 9.3.1. it shows connected but cannot go online. tried troubleshooting it and followed the instructions above in vain. Also hooked it up with itunes via usb and issue persists. It happened when I updated it from 6.1.4 to the current ios. Also tried hard resetting it. Please help me
