My iPhone 7 Plus Fails to Activate after the iOS 12 update.
Originally it was stuck on the black screen with the image of a USB cable connecting to iTunes.
But then I was able to somehow get it to what appears to be factory reset. It says hello in several languages and asks what Country. Now it gets stuck on the failure to activate page.
I’ve spent hours on chat with both Apple and my Verizon Support.
Apple support went so far as to set up a phone chat and software to view my laptop’s screen to better see what was going on.
Finally, Apple decided it was Verizon’s fault and Verizon declares it’s Apple’s fault. What to do?!
