Hi, I have an I pad which worked ok, though I had not really used it,
As there was so much to do for security, etc. I think I got confused and wanted to get into it, I made errors in trying to get into it.
So I got this message come up.”I Pad is disabled”, then “Connect to iTunes”.
I am 85 years old, so in retrospect, I should have got one of my sons to do the initial signing up!.

It’s easy to get this error when you enter an incorrect passcode too many times.

Or ask one of your sons to assist–even folks at the library often help with these tech problems as well. Or, if an Apple Store is nearby, you can set-up an appointment with them or walk-in and have the staff there assist you:
