Every so often which can be a month or two, my device reboots, after unlocking all icons are gone all I get are blank home screen pages without icons , is there a fix without restoring?
I can’t go to Settings ( no icon ) so no resetting.
I have found a way to reset by using Find my iPhone from another device and use the delete function, this way I at least stay on the same iOS, the first time it happened to me I used iTunes and it upgraded to the latest iOS.
So when it’s done I have to set the phone like a new one and if I try using restoring from iCloud backup which takes forever it does the reboot and disappearing act all over again before the iCloud restoring is done so I have to do everything all over again but set it as a new device, no choice.
It happened also on my iPad so it’s not a problem with the iPhone itself.
iOS 10.3.1 and 10.3.2
Anybody know anything about this problem?
