MP3 Transfer Problem

Trying to use a transfer program lIke WeTransfer to send an MP3 audio file 47 KB.
When the transfer begins, all goes well until the 80- 90% completed stage then just freezes. ANYBODY have an answer or a remedy to allow this transfer to complete. The device is in iPad Air.

Personally I would just email it to whoever you need to directly from the iPad.
