First, I have had more problems with my iPad 2017 in the last month than in the past 2 years of using iPads. I’m ready to throw out this product and start over with something else.
THIS time, for the past week, I have not been able to do anything because I keep getting this pop-up that says, “your Apple ID has been disabled.” When I try to get help online, I’m told I have to pay to get help even though I have a full 2-year warranty. I tried ‘I forgot” and that didn’t work. I don’t understand any of this; I don’t know why this occurred or what to do about it. Can anyone help?

When you see one of these alerts, you can use your existing password to unlock your account or reset your password on iforgot.apple.com. Solved here my apple id has been disabled
