First, I have had more problems with my iPad 2017 in the last month than in the past 2 years of using iPads. I’m ready to throw out this product and start over with something else.
THIS time, for the past week, I have not been able to do anything because I keep getting this pop-up that says, “your Apple ID has been disabled.” When I try to get help online, I’m told I have to pay to get help even though I have a full 2-year warranty. I tried ‘I forgot” and that didn’t work. I don’t understand any of this; I don’t know why this occurred or what to do about it. Can anyone help?
