I turned on my iPad and tried to unlock it. It didn’t work. The touchscreen was frozen – I couldn’t unlock my iPad. I tried pressinng everywhere on the screen – no luck. Since I had Siri ‘on’ and no password, I could easily open apps without having to unlock the device, this is exactly what I did. The middle button, the button you exit apps with, didn’t work too. What should I do?
Also, just wanted to ask you what can cause this error? My iPad Mini is pretty old (bought in 2011 or 2012) and I dropped it a few times without any visual harm to the device, so might this be the problem?
