I got a problem on my Mac which is when I copy some large files to an external drive to free some space and then delete it from my computer space still the same.
Would you please help me with this.

Make sure you shutdown after deleting those files to save space on your internal drive.
Wait a minute or so and then restart.
After the restart, your drive storage numbers should update.

Thank you for your response, but I’m not sure if this works!

If it doesn’t work, try forcing your Spotlight to re-index your Mac to check files and size:
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences > Spotlight
Click the Privacy tab
Drag the folder or disk that you want to index again to the list of locations that Spotlight is prevented from searching. Or click the Add (+) button and select the disk to add it
From the same list of locations, select that disk that you just added
Now choose the Remove (–) button to remove it from the list
Quit System Preferences
Spotlight reindexes the contents of your disk
It’s always a good idea to back up your Mac before you re-index it.
Let us know if this helps or …not

How do I delete apps from my iPad
July 19, 2019 at 8:42 AM #76079
Deleting apps from your iPad is quite simple.
#1 Press and hold the app icon on your home screen until you see a small “x” in the corner. Tap that and confirm that you want to delete the app AND all its data and documents
#2 Go to Settings > general > iPad storage. Wait for information to populate and then tap on the app you want to delete–then choose delete or offload. If you want to keep the app data and documents, then choose offload.
