I just plugged my iPad into iTunes to sync and it said there was a new software update available I said yes and the update started. After a while, it said there was an error and I needed to restore which I attempted only to have an “There is a problem with your device” message come up. I unplugged it and plugged it in again and the same error message happens every time. I would appreciate any help I could get. Thanks.
