      I have just bought a refurbished iPod touch for my daughter. When trying to activate IMessage it keeps telling me “unable to connect to FaceTime server”. Advise please ? X

      Hi Lian,

      Restart your daughter’s iPod by powering off, waiting 20-30 seconds, and then powering back on. Then, try connecting to the FaceTime servers using a different WiFi network, if available.
