I am trying to update my Ipad Air to IOS 9.3, but it keeps telling me I’m not connected to the internet when I obviously am. How can I fix this?
Don’t. Not till they fix it. I did, and have now had to restore to a much earlier version, as my Safari won’t let any links work. I get what’s up on the search page, and that’s that. Even with Apple Support, I can’t click on the ‘lets get started’ or whatever that button is.
I chatted with Apple Support on my Mac instead and am now hoping that this restore works. If you didn’t back up before the upgrade, you will just have to wait till they fix it.
Ipad air 2 now is a glorified solitaire game player…..
What a mess . 9.3. Safari freezes. Some websites completely unusable. Links in mail work, but returning to mail shows error message ‘no mail selected’. Earlier the uodate failed as it reported that there was no internet connection availabke, although there was. My ipad air 2 was mutilated by this update. I did not want to update after the first fail, but unfortunately my ipad updated overnight. I updated my iphone 5s too. Hope that is not affected, but I fear it will be mutilated by Apple as well.
