A number of users have reported that Bluetooth functionality is inoperable or missing completely after the Mac OS X 10.6.3 update. This issue may manifest as a “No Bluetooth Hardware Found” error message, or as the Bluetooth preference pane in System Preferences no longer appearing.
This problem can often be fixed by resetting your Mac’s SMC.
