If you are unable to find FaceTime on your device (iPad, iPod or iPhone) and think FaceTime is missing, try the following tips:
- FaceTime is not available in all countries. If you bought your iOS device in certain countries (e.g. Saudi Arabia), you will not have FaceTime.
- It may be possible that you may have restricted FaceTime on your device. Tap Settings > General > Restriction and make sure that the camera and FaceTime settings are both “on.” (How to Setup Parental Controls on an iPad)
