Can You Use iPhone 12 Case With iPhone 13

iPhone-12-Rear-Glass-Cracked-Solutions

One of the most exciting changes in the iPhone 13 lineup comes courtesy of the larger batteries and longer battery life. But because of this, Apple was forced to change up the dimensions for the iPhone 13. This means that unfortunately, you will not be able to use your existing iPhone 12 case with the iPhone 13. As we see every year when a new iPhone is released, there are more than enough great case options to choose from.

Best iPhone 13 Cases From Apple

Silicone Case with MagSafe

Apple’s Silicone Case with MagSafe is easily one of the best iPhone 13 cases. The silicone exterior is soft to the touch, yet grippy enough to help ensure it doesn’t slip out of your hands. And of course it’s MagSafe compatible, so it works with all of your existing MagSafe accessories, plus any new ones that will be coming out.

Leather Case with MagSafe

If you want something more refined when looking for the best iPhone 13 cases, you can’t go wrong with Apple’s Leather Case. There are three new color options to celebrate the release of the new iPhone lineup with Dark Cherry, Sequoia Green, and Wisteria. Apple also offers the more-traditional “Midnight” and “Golden Brown” if you want something a bit more conservative.

Clear Case with MagSafe

With the iPhone 13, there are a total of five colors to choose from. Even if you opt for the “boring” black or silver options, that doesn’t mean that you won’t want to show it off. Despite the odd MagSafe ring still showing through, the Clear Case with MagSafe is a great pick for those looking at the best iPhone 13 cases.

Best iPhone 13 Cases From Spigen

Spigen Rugged Armor

Spigen has been making the best iPhone cases for years, and the trend continues as the company is offering some of the best iPhone 13 cases. The Rugged Armor series doesn’t add too much bulk, while being flexible and including Spigen’s Air Cushion technology. This provides better shock absorption without forcing you to use a case that is too big.

Spigen Tough Armor

Taking a step up in the durability game is the Spigen Tough Armor case. This is another classic case from Spigen, but this one makes use of a dual-layer design. The TPU inner shell provides the shock absorption, while the polycarbonate outer shell handles the rest. And as you would expect, there’s a built-in kickstand on the back so you can prop up your iPhone.

Spigen Ultra Hybrid

With the Spigen Ultra Hybrid, this also offers a dual-layer design for the iPhone 13. But this time, you’ll find a TPU bumper and the entire backplate is made from a polycarbonate material. But the best part is that you don’t have to worry about Apple’s MagSafe rings getting in the way of showing off your iPhone 13. Plus, there are a total of six different bumper colors to choose from, including the clear one pictured above.

Spigen Ultra Hybrid S

If you take all of the features of the Spigen Ultra Hybrid and add a kickstand that spans the width of the iPhone 13, you get the Ultra Hybrid S. The only “downside” here is that you won’t be able to pick out a colorful bumper that matches your iPhone. But hey, at least you’re getting the same great protection that you expect.

Best iPhone 13 Cases From Caseology

Caseology Parallax

Although Spigen has been a fan-favorite for years, Caseology has been closing the gap when it comes to the best iPhone cases. This is, in part, thanks to the Caseology Parallax and its unique Hexa Cube design on the back of the case. The texture adds a little bit extra grip, and there’s even a specific area on the sides of the case to help provide even more grip.

Caseology Nano Pop

Those looking to add a little bit of “spice” or “flair” to their iPhone 13 won’t want to look past the Caseology Nano Pop. This case comes in five different color options, offering a slim and snug profile, along with a raised ring around the camera that shows off whatever color is used for the interior of the case.

Caseology Vault

The best comparison to make to the Caseology Vault is to compare it to Spigen’s Rugged Armor. The Vault case is easily one of the best iPhone 13 cases with its slim and lightweight design. Although flexible, this case also offers a sandstone texture that feels great in the hands, and the inner WaveShock pattern helps with shock absorption.

Caseology Skyfall

If you want the most protective case that Caseology has to offer, then the Skyfall case is the way to go. This case comes in three different colors, all of which feature a clear polycarbonate backplate so you can still show off your new iPhone. And Caseology’s patented via Grip on both sides of the frame help add a bit of extra grip.

Best iPhone 13 Cases From Nomad

Modern Leather Case

Best iPhone 13 Cases Nomad Modern Leather Case

When you think of Nomad cases, you likely think about high-quality, leather cases. The company is wasting no time jumping aboard the battle for the best iPhone 13 cases. Headlining Nomad’s lineup is the ultra-popular Modern Leather Case. It offers a “modern & refined” design that is compatible with all of your favorite MagSafe accessories, and is available in three different colors.

Modern Leather Folio

Best iPhone 13 Cases Nomad Folio

The Nomad Modern Leather Folio is arguably one of the best iPhone 13 cases for those who want a wallet case. Essentially, this is the same case as the Modern Leather, just with a flap that attaches and folds over the front. Not only will this help to protect the display of your iPhone 13, but there are also three cards slots along with a little inner pocket to house some cash or receipts.

Sport Case

Best iPhone 13 Cases Nomad Sport Case

Rounding out Nomad’s offerings is the Sport Case. this is a more basic case, and it comes in five different colors to choose from. The TPE protective bumper works in tandem with the glossy backplate to give you some extra grip, despite being a bit too shiny for some. But this case isn’t just about looks, as it’s been built to withstand drops from up to 6-feet high.
