How to check your Apple support & service coverage of your Mac (no serial number)

You may want to check your your service and support coverage of your Mac, so that you can learn and review your Apple warranty status/information. This short article explains how you can check your AppleCare status with three clicks on your Mac and you do not need to enter your Mac’s serial number. Here is how:

1. Choose About This Mac from the Apple Menu.

2. Click “More Info…”

3. Select “Service” and then “Check my service and coverage status”

4. Now you will see your AppleCare page. This page includes information regarding purchase date, support /warranty and repair & service coverage status. This will also let you contact Apple support and set up a repair.

Note: You may also access your AppleCare status page by visiting selfsolve.apple.com. You will need to enter your hardware serial number.
